About Chestnut Mountain Village
The Village is a statewide ministry of Chestnut Mountain Ranch, and our mission is to create Christ-centered communities to provide hope and healing for foster, adoptive and other vulnerable children and families in West Virginia. To accomplish this, The Village team is guiding and equipping churches using a proven, step-by-step ministry method called Family Advocacy Ministry (FAM).
The Village brings experience and a proven method to help you start and sustain FAM ministries. It has guided dozens of churches across multiple West Virginia counties to care for foster, adoptive, kinship, and vulnerable children and families in their communities. The same ministry methods and tools used by the Village have been developed over many years, and are used in thousands of churches across over 30 states.
